Vegan Sausage Mix

Textured Soya Protein, Wholemeal Breadcrumbs (Wheat, Yeast, Salt), Brown Rice Flour, Cous Cous (Wheat), Onion ,Veg Bouillon (Sea Salt, Rice Flour, Vegetables [Onion, Carrots, Parsnip], Yeast Extract, Sunflower Oil, Parsley Turmeric), Tomato Powder, Celery Powder, Leek, Sea Salt, Parsley, Black Pepper, Sage.

Keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store in an airtight container.

Mix 125g of Sausage Mix with 175ml boiling water & 2 tsp oil, leave for 10 mins. Shape into 6 sausages with wet hands. Fry in a little oil or bake in a 200°C preheated oven for 20 mins.
