A fantastic English Breakfast from teas organically grown in Assam and Sumatra. The cup is a lovely dark copper in colour and is aromatic, full bodied, rich in flavour and delivers a delicate spiced note from the Assam. This is the perfect example of a traditional English Breakfast blend with a robustness that will give you a great start to any morning or afternoon!
Brewing - Take 3g per cup (1-2 tsp) and add water that has just boiled. Allow to infuse for 4 minutes or more and then add milk to taste.
