Chamomile flowers produce a wonderful sweet floral cup that makes the perfect drink to relax and soothe your mind. This is a great drink throughout the day because it is mild and caffeine free. A popular medicinal herb, Chamomile is used as a calming and anti-inflammatory remedy dating back to ancient Greece, Rome and Egypt. Usually infused as a hot fragrant drink for relaxation, Chamomile may also be used in baths to sooth and soften your skin.
