Bulgar wheat is a whole grain made from cracked durum wheat and is rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre. Ideal for many dishes including stews, salads and breads.

  • Bulgar (Bulgur) Wheat 

  • Rinse in cold water. Add 1 part bulgar to 2 parts water. Bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed.
